Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport has services to more than 200 domestic destinations and traverses over 30 direct international routes to all corners of the globe, to places such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao, Seoul, Tokyo, Penang, Fukuoka, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Paris, Melbourne, London, and other places.

Main stops: Shuangliu Airport – US Consulate at Section 4 of Renmin South Road – Huanlu Digital Square – Huaxiba – Section 2 of Renmin South Road in Downtown (forth)

Section 2 of Renmin South Road in Downtown – Airport through highway without stop (back)

Waiting Place: Gate 2 in Airport Terminal T1; 25 meters ahead of Gate 4 in Airport Terminal T2

Time:  06:30 - end time of flight, at Shuangliu International Airport

6:00 – 22:00 (23:00 during the Spring Festival) at Section 2 of Renmin South Road in Downtown

Special Line 2: Shuangliu International Airport – Bus Stop of North Railway Station

Railways

The railway is the main artery for transportation within and outside Sichuan Province. Arising from development in recent years, major hubs have been established, such as the Chengdu-Dujiangyan Railway, Chengdu East Railway Station Container Center, and Chengdu North Railway Station, and additional special tourism routes from Zhaotong to Panzhihua and Lijiang. There are currently railway services to Chengdu's famous tourist attractions such as Dujiang Dam and Mt Emei.

Highways

There are expressways and highways between Chengdu, the provincial capital, and a number of other cities and prefectures. All the highways throughout the province have Chengdu at the core, with the main highways being the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, Sichuan-Qinghai Highway, Sichuan-Gansu Highway, Sicuan-Shaanxi Highway, Sichuan-Chongqing Highway, Sichuan-Yunnan East Highway, Sichuan-Yunnan Middle Highway, Sichuan-Yunnan West Highway, and the Sichuan-Yunnan Highway.

1. Ticket Price

The basic ticket price of Chengdu Metro starts at 2 yuan. It is adopted with interval pricing system. 2 yuan can be for 6 intervals; 3 yuan can be for 10 intervals; 4 yuan can be for 16 intervals. After that, each additional one yuan can be for 8 intervals. The longest time that the passenger who takes the subway for a single time can stay in the paid area is 120 minutes.

 

2. Types of Tickets

One-way Ticket

The passenger can purchase tickets at the ticket office or through the ticket vending machine, and get in or out of the gate by swiping card or inserting card. The tickets will be recycled when the passenger goes out the subway station.


Tianfu Tong Card

Ordinary Card

It is an unregistered card which needs 20 yuan of deposit. The working staff provides card holding voucher as the evidence to refund or exchange the card. There is no remaining sum in the card. It needs to be recharged when the card is used for the first time. This card can be used permanently. The passenger who takes bus or subway with this card can enjoy 10% of discount.


People can consume and get special offers with the card in multiple scenic spots, and can dial 962513, the number of Tianfu Tong customer service, to inquire the information about specific special offers.


Commemorative Card

The cost to purchase the card starts at 25 yuan. The recharging and using methods are similar with that of ordinary card.

                

*The people who purchases Tianfu Tong Registered Card or recharges Tianfu Tong Unregistered Card with over 10,000 yuan (including) shall provide effective certificates (passport of foreign citizen, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents’ pass).
